9. Retention period for Your Personal Data

We undertake not to keep Your Personal Data longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with Applicable Regulations.
We undertake to anonymise or delete Your Personal Data as soon as the purpose for which and/or the period for which it is stored expires.
Nevertheless, Personal Data may be archived beyond the periods specified for the purposes of investigating, establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, for the sole purpose of making such Personal Data available to the judicial authorities, where necessary, or for other storage obligations, in particular for accounting or tax purposes. 10. Protection of the Personal Data of minors

The Service is generally not intended for minors under the age of 15. For this reason, We do not collect or store Personal Data relating to children under the age of 15 without obtaining verifiable parental consent, bearing in mind that holders of parental authority may request to receive information relating to their child and ask for it to be deleted.
